Strawberry or Mango Shortcake

Vanilla cake with fresh strawberries (or fresh mango chunks) and coconut whip 

This cake is vegan and does not contain any animal products (no eggs or dairy). Every cake is baked fresh, and decorated with its own personality so two cakes never look exactly identical to one another.

This cake is available gluten-free (in 6" size only) and nut-free and soy-free.

This cake is only topped with either strawberries or mango. 

Due to the nature of coconut whip, some cracking may occur. Fondant lettering cannot be directly placed on the coconut whip because it will melt. We will pipe the writing on top using melted chocolate.

To pre-order a cake for your special occasion, we require 3 days advanced notice if we are not already fully booked. We recommend to place your order 1 week or 2 weeks in advance becase we do get fully booked fairly quickly (especially on the weekends)!
